What do you do when the mango in the fridge is going bad and you don't want to let it go to waste? Well, add it to a creamy bowl of yoghurt and sprinkle it with sugar of course.
Here's what you'll need for this healthy mid-day treat:
- 1 cup of your favorite Greek yoghurt
- Stevia sugar
I love Cabot's full fat yoghurt, but when you're trying to be a bit healthier, I opted for Fage's 0% fat. It's the best fat free Greek yoghurt in my opinion.
Smooth it into the bowl, like the artist that you are.
Dollop as much mango as you can muster on top.
Sprinkle with sugar. I love the texture of it against the smooth yoghurt and mango.
Next, pop a few almonds on top for added crunch.
I love adding the warmth of cinnamon to my yoghurt.
